Next Level Skills & Training, LLCBy registering for any program, training, tournament, or purchasing products through Next Level Skills & Training, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Participation: Participation in all programs is voluntary. Playing time, roles, and team placement are determined at the sole discretion of the coaching staff. Participation does not guarantee playing time in games or tournaments. Schedule Changes: Practice times, locations, and schedules are subject to change due to gym availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Injuries & Assumption of Risk: Participation in basketball activities carries an inherent risk of injury. By registering, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Next Level Skills & Training, LLC is not liable for injuries sustained during participation. Athletes and parents are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward coaches, staff, officials, teammates, and opponents. Failure to meet these expectations may result in suspension or removal from the program without refund.

Monthly Tuition & Skills Training Refund PolicyMonthly tuition fees are auto-renewing. Fees are non-refundable if a player misses practices.If a player quits or withdraws mid-month, fees are non-refundable and not prorated. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension from programs until the matter is resolved. Privacy Notice: We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information to third parties.
