He began his collegiate career at UT Dallas, where he was a two-time All-Conference selection and the 2021–22 ASC Freshman of the Year.
He currently serves as a graduate assistant at UT Dallas, bringing a strong pedigree and high-level collegiate basketball experience to the program.
Chae Dexter- Select Tournament Coach
Coach Chae played at Bob Jones University. He brings a deep passion for youth basketball and a genuine love for the game. Committed to fostering growth both on and off the court, he take great pride in developing players’ skills, confidence, and understanding of the game.
Victoria Ates- Girls Director
Coach Vic played collegiate basketball at McPherson College in Kansas, where she earned a degree in Sports Management.
She is passionate about helping players grow their understanding of the game, develop strong basketball IQ, and build resilience in the face of challenges.
Coach Mike- Recreational & Development Director
Coach Mike has been with the program since inception. With a deep passion for basketball and 4 years of experience, Coach brings energy, discipline, and heart to the game. He is actively involved in recruiting and player evaluation, with a keen eye for talent and long-term development. Coach Mike ensures all rec teams are thriving, organized, and winning! Coach Hayes
Coach Hayes is an experienced basketball coach and skills trainer with a strong background in youth sports. He coaches both select and recreational teams, as well as tournament-level travel teams, bringing a competitive yet developmental approach to every athlete he works with.
Beyond coaching, Coach Hayes oversees operational efficiency within his programs, ensuring smooth organization, effective communication, and a positive environment for players and families. His experience as a collegiate basketball player at UTD shapes his coaching philosophy—combining discipline, accountability, and passion for the game to help athletes reach their full potential both on and off the court.
